Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects FieldNivo users, their customers, and the Service.

You may not

• Use FieldNivo for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
• Access or attempt to access another company's workspace, credentials, or data.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt availability, probe security without written permission, or bypass rate, plan, or access limits.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including infringing, confidential, or unlawfully obtained personal information.
• Use the Service to send spam or unlawful marketing, impersonate another person, fabricate permits or credentials, or misrepresent AI output as professionally verified.
• Enter payment-card data, Social Security numbers, health data, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, or other unnecessary sensitive information into ordinary notes or AI prompts.
• Reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits, resell access without permission, or use FieldNivo to create a competing dataset or service.

Your obligations

Use reasonable security, obtain required customer permissions, verify estimates and messages, follow trade and licensing laws, and promptly report suspected compromise. FieldNivo may investigate, remove content, limit features, suspend access, or notify authorities when reasonably necessary and lawful.

Reporting

Use the support channel displayed inside your account. A functioning public abuse contact must be activated before public launch.
