How it works

When you request a generation, FieldNivo sends your prompt and the selected FieldNivo record context needed for the request to the configured AI provider. The provider returns generated text for display in your workspace.

Known limitations

AI can invent facts, omit conditions, misunderstand local codes, miscalculate, use inappropriate language, or reproduce bias. Output is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural, licensing, safety, code-compliance, or other professional advice.

Your responsibility

• Verify names, quantities, prices, dates, code requirements, materials, and contractual language.
• Obtain a qualified professional's approval when one is required.
• Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data, confidential third-party information, or content you lack authority to use.
• Tell recipients when AI assistance is material and disclosure is required by law, contract, or professional rule.
